A scope desk, not another form.
Mensuria is built around a single job: turn the photos from your walkthrough into a defensible Xactimate estimate. It reads the loss, drafts every line item against a verified code base, grounds each one to a photo, and runs a senior-adjuster QA pass — then hands you the desk to review and approve.
Four stages between your photos and an estimate.
Each stage hands the next one something more finished — and the last one is you. Nothing is fabricated, nothing is silently edited, and nothing exports until you say so.
Vision read
Every photo is read room by room — wet drywall, flood lines, lifted flooring, charred framing, missing shingles. Mensuria builds an internal map of what was damaged and where before a single line is written.
Scope draft
The model writes Xactimate-ready line items against a verified code base — selector, quantity, unit, room — for the full job. Demo, mitigation, and rebuild are sequenced the way an adjuster would key them.
Grounding QA
Each line is pinned back to the exact photos that justify it. Anything that can't be grounded — or whose quantity doesn't match the evidence — is flagged or demoted instead of guessed.
Senior review
A second pass reviews the draft like a senior adjuster: missing detach-and-resets, wrong units, drying days that look short, scope that runs hot. It writes open questions for you, not silent edits.
Everything an estimate needs to be defensible.
Every feature exists to do one of two things: make the draft faster, or make it impossible to ship something you can't stand behind.
Photo grounding
Click any line and the precise photos behind it light up in the grounding panel. Two-photo minimum on anything load-bearing — no grounding, no green light, no exception.
Verified code base
Selectors are drawn from a verified catalog of Xactimate codes — never invented. Uncertain matches surface as low-confidence with a 'confirm code' note instead of being keyed as fact.
Confidence & QA flags
High / medium / low confidence on every item, plus senior-review flags for missing scope, wrong quantities, and over-scoping. The whole estimate's risk is legible at a glance, before you submit.
Inline editing
Override a selector, retype a quantity, split or merge a room, drop a line — it's a real editor, not a read-only report. Your edits are tracked so the worksheet always reflects what you approved.
Drop-in exports
A clean, room-grouped Xactimate keying worksheet, plus CSV and a print-ready scope sheet. Paste it into a spreadsheet or key it straight into Xactimate — the order matches how you'd enter it.
Field capture
Phone-first capture with per-area photo tagging — shoot the loss on site, file each room, roof slope, or structure's photos in its own section, and drop in measurements. No laptop required at the property.
Claim history
Every claim you've run is kept with its photos, draft, flags, and the version you approved. Reopen a past scope, compare two losses, or pull the audit trail when a file gets questioned.
Approval gate
Export stays locked until every low-confidence line and open question is resolved or acknowledged. Mensuria drafts — but nothing leaves the desk until a licensed adjuster signs off.
Two-minute drafts
From your uploaded photo set to a full, grounded, QA'd draft in about two minutes. The skilled part stays yours — the keying, selector hunting, and quantity math stop eating your evenings.
Output that keys straight into Xactimate.
When you approve, you don't get a PDF to retype. You get a room-grouped keying worksheet in Xactimate's entry order — plus CSV and a print-ready scope sheet for the file. Paste it, key it, or hand it off.
