Group your photos by area, add a few measurements, and the draft comes together as standardized line items — selectors, quantity, unit, and room already set — each one sourced to the photo that supports it. Anything that can't be tied to the evidence is held back and flagged for you to confirm, never decided for you. Line items are drawn from a verified reference set and organized in Quick Entry keying order, from demo to mitigation to rebuild. You review, clear the flags, and export. Nothing leaves the file until the flags are cleared, and you stay the adjuster of record.

Delivery method
Mensuria is a web app — nothing to install. You work a claim in the browser and export a room-grouped, Xactimate-ready worksheet (codes, quantities, descriptions) organized for Quick Entry. There is no native .ESX import; you key the reviewed line items into Xactimate and stay in control.
